SCAPA 0305

Performance extruded PIB sealant.

Used for automotive windscreen sealing, building & construction applications & bonding temporary cats eyes to roads.

 

SCAPA 0307

Intumescent synthetic rubber (butyl) based extruded sealing strip.

Thickness - 3mm
Service temperature -40 do +90 oC
Color - brown

For use internally as a means of passive fire protection such as in glazed fire doors - sealing internal joints of composite panels to prevent fire penetration into insulation, sealing of glass into internal fire doors. Product will swell up in event of fire, preventing smoke and fire passage.

High performance extruded strip of PIB and x-linked butyl rubber.

0314 Foil backed white 0305 with excellent weathering abilities.
0316 Foil backed 0305 black.

Strong, excellent weathering abilities. Used in building & construction applications. Foil backed flashing tape (black adhesive), good UV and tear resistance. Excellent weathering abilities used for curtain walling/glazing.

Polyester fleece backed 0305 grey.

Fleece backed sealant. Excellent for sound damping. Fleece can be painted, plastered & provides a good key for adhesives.

Relatively hard sealant that provides good chemical resistance. Used in body joining & seam sealing, sun roof assemblies, bonding of water shedders into automotive doors, sealing of light clusters.

Synthetic rubber-based extruded strip sealant with a fixed PCV backing, specifically developed for the electric cable industry.
